1. Country report:
The deadline for the country report is on 15 June 2023. We would like to extend the report, please help to send your country report by the end of June as the latest.

3. Registration for accommodation:
Please select only one hotel and one room type in the registration form.
VBA will summarize your registration for accommodation and then reserve the accommodation for delegates with hotels as listed. Delegates will pay your accommodation directly to the hotels on your check in date.
We also need your accommodation information to arrange the pick-up service and volunteers.
Note:
- If you share the room with another delegate or accompanying person, please fill in the full name and passport number of your roommate, and your roommate has to fill in the registration form, too.
- In case you want to share the room with another delegate from another country, please choose a hotel and the twin room type with 2 beds first, then type "PLEASE ARRANGE THE SHARED ROOM FOR ME" in the registration form. The Organizing Committee will help to arrange you to share the twin room with a same gender delegate.
4. Pick-up service from and to the airport to the hotel
In case you do not need the pick-up service, please type "NO" in the form.
In case you need the pick-up service, please give your flight details in the form. If the ticket has not booked yet, please type "YES" and you can send your ticket information later to email: vbaseminar@gmail.com

For delegates who need the invitation letter individually or need support for visa application, please email to vbaseminar@gmail.com as soon as possible for more detailed support.
