The 16th World Blind Union Asia Pacific (WBUAP) Regional Massage Seminar will be held in Hanoi, Vietnam on 7-9 September, 2023. Vietnam Blind Association is trying our best to organize a good seminar, to welcome all delegates after a long time of travel restriction due to Covid-19 pandemic.
The theme of the Seminar is “Promoting Sustainable Collaboration on Research, Training and Service Quality on Massage”. Apart from reports, scientific presentations and hands-on demonstrations, this event will provide an opportunity for participants to experience advances in technologies in assistive devices relating to the massage field.
For this purpose, we would like to invite organizations and/or companies to register for the exhibition of products and technologies relating to massage during the seminar period from 7th September morning to 9th September morning (2.5 days).
We have worked with the hotel for this seminar and the fee for exhibition area is at 3,000 USD in total. This fee does not change if even the number of exhibition partners is small or large. Therefore, depending on the number of registered exhibition partners we got, we will equally divide the total cost to each partner.
Note that we will not set up the exhibition both, each exhibitor will have 01 table (size 0.75m x 1.5m) and 02 chairs to show your products. If you need more tables and chairs, an extra cost of 1,000,000 VND (about 43USD) will be charged for 01 table and 02 chairs.

The Organizing Committee will summarize the total number of registered exhibitors, and then inform you the exact fee for each partner after dividing by 5 August, 2023.
